Never had a bad experience with this wonderful team. As is pretty standard across the NHS at the moment, their wait time for a standard appointment can be a little bit longer than id hope, but theyre always there to help. I get call backs within a couple of hours from the triage team and have had several same day appointments off the back of that.

Who can access mental health support?

All registered patients, adults and young people.

How quickly can I be seen?

Same day, or at a time that suits you as per clinical need. All requests reviewed and actioned on the same day by a GP. Midweek late evening and Saturday appointments also available.

What if I need more specialist help?

We can refer you to local NHS mental health services including counselling.

Who can register?

We accept patients from across Surrey. If you live outside Guildford, you’ll register as an out-of-area patient.

Important (please read before registering)

Your appointment request (online, phone or walk-in) reviewed on the same day & actioned by a GP – response often within an hour.
We are unable to offer home visits to patients who reside out of area.
You must be able to travel to the surgery for any face-to-face appointments if out-of-area.
Not recommended if you are housebound or have significant mobility issues.
