We’ve introduced a new Voice AI Assistant to make calling us quicker and easier. Here’s what you can expect:
- No more waiting: Calls are answered on the first ring.
- Like talking to us: The AI works just like our reception team, so you’ll always get great care.
- Faster help: From appointments to advice, we’re making your experience faster and simpler.
- If at any point you would prefer to speak with a member of our team, please let the AI know and your call will be transferred.
- Our AI receptionist also provides multilingual support to ensure seamless access for all patients. When you call our practice reception, you will be prompted to select your preferred language, including English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Hindi or Polish, so you can receive assistance in the language most comfortable for you. If there is another language you would like us to add, please let us know and we will work to include it in our offering.
