Retirement Announcement – Dr Denton

We are sad to announce that after 10 years at Guildowns Group Practice, Dr Denton will be retiring at the end of September 2026.

Dr Denton has been a valued GP Partner and much-loved member of our practice team, providing dedicated care and support to generations of patients at our Wodeland Avenue branch surgery.

We are enormously grateful for her commitment, leadership and significant contribution to the practice, our primary care network and the wider local healthcare system over the years and we wish her every happiness as she prepares for this new chapter.

Whilst she will be missed, please rest assured that plans are already in place for Dr Denton’s replacement to ensure a smooth transition and patients currently registered with her will be contacted nearer the time regarding their new registered GP from 1st October. Changes will be made automatically and there will be no disruption to patient care and services during this transition.
