Advice about a minor ailment or run out of repeat medication?

If you have run out of your regular repeat medication or need advice about a minor ailment please contact your local community pharmacy.


Please phone for results between 2 and 4pm.

Parking at Wodeland Avenue

The car park at our Wodeland Avenue site is often full and we need to reserve space for our staff. Please note that patients can park on the road directly outside free for up to 2hrs.


In the case of a life-threatening problem, dial 999 for an ambulance.  It is now advisable for anyone suffering acute, severe chest pain (especially if associated with sweating, pain in the neck or left arm or faintness) to dial 999. Any suspected "heart attack" is better dealt with directly by the paramedics in the Surrey Ambulance service.  The nearest casualty department is at the Royal Surrey County Hospital (01483) 571122


Using our automated booking services

Our automated systems are available until 9pm every day, including weekends

To use this service, you need a user id and password. Speak to a receptionist the next time you visit us.

To book, cancel or check an appointment, click the link on the home page of our web-site.

Telephone Booking

Please note that from the end of August, we will no longer be offering this service.

When you telephone the surgery, choose option 1, during surgery hours and option 2 at other times.

You will be asked to enter

To do this it is important to have the following information available:

  • Your telephone number which must be the same as the one that the surgery has recorded on your registration details. If this has altered you will first need to speak to the receptionist to update your present records.
  • Your date of birth, as six digits e.g. 041298 for 4th December 1998

Please note: emergency same day appointments are not available through our automated systems. Please call reception.
