Patient Participation Group
We are relaunching our face to face patient group and are keen to find new members. The first meeting will be on Thursday 3rd November at the Wodeland Avenue Surgery between 1.30pm and 3pm.

Automated telephone appointment booking
Please be aware that from the end of August due to low take up of the service we will no longer be providing the option to book appointments via the automated telephone booking system. All routine appointments are available to book online and we advise patients to register for this sytem if not already registered.
We will be closed on Tuesday 11th October from 12pm - 4.30pm for training. Please dial 111 during this time if you need medical advice.
Once registered, you can manage your appointments, medication and also request to view your medical record. See the "Online Services" section for further information.

Saturday morning surgeries
From 27th August 2016 we will be moving our Saturday morning surgery between our Wodeland Avenue, Stoughton Road and Oaks sites. Please ensure you are aware of which site to attend when booking.

Seasonal flu vaccination
We now have flu vaccination clinics available to book at the Wodeland Avenue, Oaks and Stoughton Road Surgeries. If you are eligible for a vaccination, please phone us on 01483 409309. For more information about the vaccination, please click here.
Stop Smoking Clinic
Quit 51 are running a smoking cessation clinic at our Oaks site on Tuesday afternoons. Please contact us if you would like to book an appointment.
Does your child have a cough, cold, earache or sore throat - when should you worry?
If your child is unwell and you are not sure what to do, please refer to this leaflet for help and advice.
Named GP for all patients
All patients now have a named GP responsible for their care. Please ask for more information.
