Flu vaccinations

Flu vaccination provides the best protection against an unpredictable virus which infects many people and can cause serious illness and death each year.

The vaccination is free and is recommended yearly for those most at risk of flu.

For more information to see if you are eligible for a free flu vaccine please visit

Our flu clinics are operating on the following days-

Saturday 15th September (65+ only) Wodeland Avenue Surgery

Saturday 29th September (18+ only) Wodeland Avenue Surgery

Saturday 6th October (18+ only) Stoughton Road Surgery

Saturday 13th October (18+ only) The Oaks Surgery

The clinics will run between 9am and 1pm

If possible please can you turn up preferably at the time indicated according to the first letter of your surname, although we will be flexible with timings.

Surnames beginning:

A – F: 9 – 10am
G – L: 10 – 11am
M – R: 11am – 12pm
S – Z: 12pm -1pm

Registering with Guildowns if you are a student at the University of Surrey

If you are a UK student or a student from overseas studying in the UK for more than 6mths, you can register with us if you will be living on campus, or in Guildford within our practice area.

The easiest way to register is once you know your student number, pre-register on-line at see the Guildowns University Medical Centre area (link at the bottom of the page) for further information.
