Parking at Wodeland Avenue

The car park at our Wodeland Avenue site is often full and we need to reserve space for our staff. Please note that patients can park on the road directly outside free for up to 2hrs.

Emergencies  

In the case of a life-threatening problem, dial 999 for an ambulance.  It is now advisable for anyone suffering acute, severe chest pain (especially if associated with sweating, pain in the neck or left arm or faintness) to dial 999. Any suspected "heart attack" is better dealt with directly by the paramedics in the Surrey Ambulance service.  The nearest casualty department is at the Royal Surrey County Hospital (01483) 571122

Automated telephone appointment booking

Please be aware that from the end of August due to low take up of the service we will no longer be providing the option to book appointments via the automated telephone booking system. All routine appointments are available to book online and we advise patients to register for this sytem if not already registered.

Once registered, you can manage your appointments, medication and also request to view your medical record. See the "Online Services" section for further information.

Saturday morning surgeries

Stop Smoking Clinic

Quit 51 are running a smoking cessation clinic at our Oaks site on Tuesday afternoons. Please contact us if you would like to book an appointment.

Patient Participation Group

Named GP for all patients

All patients now have a named GP responsible for their care. Please ask for more information.

We would like your feedback on the care or treatment that we give you any time you visit your GP or have contact with the practice.There are several ways you can do this. All feedback is anonymous.
