Meningitis information for students

If you need to contact us for queries about referrals or reports, then you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the secretaries will respond. Please do not use email for medical advice or urgent queries or to make/cancel appointments.
If you are phoning the surgery, please be aware that the lines are extremely busy from 8am - 10am. If you are phoning concerning a routine matter, we would be grateful if you could phone after this time.
Change in opening hours from 1st May 2017
We have reviewed our opening hours. From 1st May we are no longer able to offer Saturday morning clinics, early morning appointments before 8am or evening appointments after 6.30pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Register for online services
Book/cancel appointments and manage your repeat prescriptions via our online system! You can pre-register on line - you can book one appointment once pre-registered but will then need to attend the surgery with proof of ID to complete your registration and access the full range of services.

Stop Smoking Clinic
Quit 51 run a smoking cessation clinic at our Oaks site on Tuesday afternoons. Please contact us if you would like to book an appointment.
Does your child have a cough, cold, earache or sore throat - when should you worry?
If your child is unwell and you are not sure what to do, please refer to this leaflet for help and advice.
Named GP for all patients
All patients now have a named GP responsible for their care. Please ask for more information.
